We offer ample onsite parking. Guests staying at The Villas may park overnight. For event attendees, we request that all vehicles be removed by noon the following day.

Yes! We have compiled a comprehensive list of trusted vendors in Northwest Missouri, including photographers, florists, caterers, and more. If you’d like a copy, simply let us know before or during your tour, and we’ll include it in your tour packet.

We ask that you leave The VeNue in the same condition as you found it. Please ensure that any tables and chairs placed outside are brought back indoors. We ask that you clean up all trash from your event, both indoors and outdoors. All trash should be bagged by the renter and taken with you or placed in the outdoor dumpster by the end of your rental agreement.

The VeNue Event Space is a non-smoking facility indoors. The designated outdoor smoking area is located on the east side of The VeNue Event Space.

Can I have a DJ, live music, or background music at my event?2023-10-11T15:24:23+00:00

We have an open policy when it comes to music at your event. We simply ask for kindness and respect regarding volume levels. The VeNue also can provide in-house speakers for you to use with your event.

What are the decoration guidelines and timing?2023-12-05T20:22:00+00:00

You’re welcome to decorate during your rental period. All decorations should be freestanding without nails or staples. Candles must be enclosed in glass. We don’t allow birdseed but permit using rice, confetti, flower petals, balloons, fog machines, and bubbles outdoors. You may access and decorate The VeNue anytime within the parameters of the rental agreement.

We love pets, too! However, for safety reasons, we don’t allow pets on our property.

Do you have tents available for outdoor events?2023-10-11T15:23:50+00:00

If you’d like to use a tent outdoors, please request approval before your event. With consent, tent rental, setup, and takedown are your responsibility and should occur within the agreed-upon rental agreement period.

We’re one of the few venues that offer indoor and outdoor setups. In case of adverse weather, we recommend having a backup plan, especially for outdoor events.

Yes, we offer black or white linens included in your rental package. You’re welcome to bring your own linens or table runners to match your event decor.

We provide 45 round tables for up to 350 guests indoors, 12 six-foot rectangular tables, and 500 chairs for indoor/outdoor use.

The VeNue Event Space is situated at 22210 E US Hwy 136, Bethany, MO, 64424. East of the I-35 exit.

We’re committed to customizing our space for various events, including rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, holiday parties, fundraisers, birthdays, graduations, business meetings, conferences, expos, trade shows, networking events, live music shows, comedy performances, workshops, auctions, family reunions, and more. We maintain an open policy with vendors (catering, DJ services, photography, etc.), but for your convenience, we have a list of local vendors to help you with your search.

To reserve The VeNue Event Space, contact us at 660-373-9927 to finalize the details on your VeNue Rental Agreement. This agreement and a $500 down payment will secure your preferred date without scheduling other events on the same day.
